| 3. Build & Implement AI Skill | 3 x 90 mins | 8PE | 8people pre-builds a fit-for-purpose AI capability for the critical task identified with each employee, then refines it together in a 1-on-1 session until it fits their exact work. |
| 4. On the Job Testing | 1 week | E | Employees put the AI critical task to work in their daily routine, flagging anything that needs refining. |
